Brad is a proud combat veteran and a life-time member of the Murrells Inlet VFW chapter. Brad spent more than a decade serving our country in the Special Operations Community for the United States Army and in the private sector of the intelligence community for the United States government. Serving multiple combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan and various countries around the world, Brad is a proud advocate for combat veterans. With a specialization of human intelligence and a proud history of serving, Brad chose real estate to have the opportunity to still serve others in a meaningful way while building long-term friendships. As a Counterintelligence Special Agent, Brad was trained and developed many unique analytical skills that have enabled him to excel in comprehensive marketing analysis for clients to obtain the best possible value for their property that they seek to purchase or sell.
Brad separates himself through service. Brad has a strong mindset that Realtors should take care of Realtor’s especially if they are in need. To do his part, Brad has been a member for the past ten years of CCAR Taskforce Care Committee that is responsible for raising funds and awareness for the Realtors Assistance Fund Trust (RAFT). Currently Brad is the sitting chair for Taskforce Care at CCAR.
Brad is also a Director of CCMLS that is responsible for enforcing the MLS standards and providing changes identified to increase proficiency for their 5,000 subscribers. Brad is also a graduate of Leadership CCAR and SCR Leadership Academy.
A true believer of the Realtor Party and the NAR YPN Pledge, Brad is a strong advocate of Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) as a Major Investor and a member of the SCR Legislative Committee at the state level.
Beyond his professional career, Brad is a devoted father to two amazing boys Easton and Declan. Brad is an avid outdoorsman that loves sports and live music.
