Ryan Parent was born and raised in Rochester, New York and recently moved to the Charlotte area in 2020. Amidst a pandemic, he decided to pack up the only life he’s known in upstate NY to take the jump and move down to the beautiful city of Charlotte, NC. He’s someone who strongly believes the air should not hurt your face when you’re outside, no matter what time of year it is. As new as he is to the area, he’s just as determined to make the home buying process as smooth and seamless as possible for his clients. He can easily relate to people new to Charlotte or moving into the area. Ryan’s passion for helping people and drive to make his clients feel at ease lead him to make the easy decision of becoming a real estate agent. With over ten years in customer service and sales, he knows what level of commitment and time his clients need making the biggest purchase of their lives. Now he’s eager to help his clients find their dream home and achieve that feeling of gratitude scale to something as important as finding a starter house or forever home.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys attending live events. Whether it’s a country concert, ball game, or live show. He’s the happiest in the sun by the pool or on a boat out on the water with family and friends. You can expect his Golden Retriever, Lucky, and German Shepherd, Batman, who both love the water as much as he does, to always be close by as well.
